Vista Group reports record $150m revenue

Vista Group has reported record revenue for the year ending December 31, 2024.

The company's total revenue reached $150 million, a 5% increase from the previous year.

Recurring revenue was up 9% to $134.6m, while software as a service (SaaS) revenue increased by 21% to $55.7m.

Vista Group also achieved positive free cash flow in the second half of 2024, ahead of guidance.

The company's ebitda was $21.6m, a 62% increase, and it had a net profit before tax of $1.8m.

Looking ahead, Vista Group expects total revenue of $167m-$173m and recurring revenue of $152m-$158m in 2025.

The company's long-term ebitda margin aspiration has been upgraded to 33%-37%.
