Vista Group reports strong finish, increased earnings

Vista Group has reported a strong finish to the year ending December 31 2023, with an increase in client signings to its cloud platform.

The company's full-year results revealed a 25% rise in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), reaching $13.3 million.

Total revenue also saw growth, up 6% to $143m, while recurring revenue and software-as-a-service (SaaS) revenue increased by 10% and 20% respectively.

Vista Group's loss for the year amounted to $13.6m, a 35% decrease from the previous year.

The company expressed confidence in its outlook, with 2024 revenue guidance of $152m to $157m.

It remains on track to achieve its medium-term aspirations of ARR of $175m+ and EBITDA margin of 15%+ by the end of 2025, and to become free cash flow positive in the fourth quarter of 2024.
