Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC) has sent out documentation to its shareholders in support of its proposed acquisition of WasteCo. A Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held on 5 December 2022 at 10:30 am at the offices of Link Market Services in Auckland, with representatives from WasteCo presenting.
The GWC Board has encouraged all shareholders to attend the meeting or to cast their votes by lodging a Proxy Form.
