Westpac has announced the appointment of Debra Hazelton and David Cohen as independent non-executive directors, pending regulatory approval.
Hazelton's appointment is expected to take effect on or around March 3, 2025, while Cohen's appointment is expected to be effective on or around April 1, 2025.
Hazelton, who has over 30 years of experience in global financial services, will also join the board remuneration committee.
Cohen, who has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, will join the board risk committee.
