Z Energy shareholders vote in favour of Scheme

Shareholders of Z Energy Limited (NZX/ASX: ZEL) (“Z”) have voted in favour of the Scheme of Arrangement under which 100% of the shares in the Company will be acquired by Ampol Holdings NZ Limited (“Ampol”).

The resolution to approve the Scheme was passed by requisite majorities, with 75% of votes cast and more than 50% of the total number of Z Energy shares on issue.
