Date of meeting and director nominations

Z Energy will hold its 2021 Annual General Meeting on Thursday 17 June 2021. The time, location and other details will be disclosed in the Notice of Meeting.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations will be 21 May 2021. All nominations must be made by 5.00 p.m. on that date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at Z Energy's ASM.
