Pushpay announces Director retirement

Auckland, New Zealand | Redmond, Washington; Colorado Springs, Colorado, US – 12 May 2021 (NZT)

Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, ‘Pushpay’ or ‘the Company’) announces that following seven years as a Director of Pushpay, including five years as Chairman, Bruce Gordon has advised the Company that he intends to not stand for re-election and to retire from the Board following Pushpay’s 2021 Annual Meeting, effective 16 June 2021.

Bruce Gordon said, “I am extremely proud to have been a part of the Pushpay journey since its inception and seeing it grow into an incredible success story, enabling social good and serving thousands of customers across the world. While I have decided that after many years of direct involvement that it is time for me to move on, I have full confidence in the Board and management, and look forward to their continued success. It has been an incredible 10-year personal journey with exceptional colleagues, for whom I am extremely grateful. The outlook for Pushpay remains positive and I look forward to seeing the Company continue to deliver on its strategy of becoming the preferred provider of mission-critical software to the US faith sector.”
