NZX Product Operations (“NZXO”) wishes to advise that a third-party announcement released to market by NZXO in error under NZME Limited’s (“NZM”) ticker at 4:03pm yesterday, titled ‘SPH Notice - Osmium Partners, LLC’ has been retracted without replacement.

The announcement was retracted as it was a duplicate of the same announcement released on 30 April 2021.
