Good Spirits Hospitality Limited (NZX: GSH) is pleased to provide a business update to the market regarding its acquisition and growth activity. This follows from GSH’s overall growth strategy as stated in the Chairman’s address at the FY20 AGM.

GSH continues to pursue several opportunities with regard to both new and existing venues. In this regard GSH is in confidential discussions and negotiations with several parties, including exclusive discussions with one party regarding a potential new site. These discussions and negotiations are ongoing and incomplete. Should one, some or all of these opportunities result in an agreed transaction, they (together or individually) will likely be a material transaction(s) for GSH requiring GSH shareholder approval. None of the opportunities have yet progressed sufficiently to announce further details and there is no certainty that any of the current discussions and negotiations will lead to any transaction. GSH will keep shareholders updated as matters progress.
