Metroglass announces director retirement
Metro Performance Glass Limited (“Metroglass”) announces that Russell Chenu has advised the Company of his intention to not stand for re-election at Metroglass’ 2021 Annual Meeting, and to retire from the Board effective 5 August 2021.
Recruitment for a replacement director has begun, and further details will be announced in due course.
