KATHMANDU HOLDINGS LIMITED - NOTICE OF DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE – 2021 INTERIM DIVIDEND

On 23 March 2021 we announced an interim dividend for the period ended 31 January 2021 of 0.02 NZ cents per share. The record date for the dividend was 21 May 2021. The following table details the currency exchange rate applicable for the dividend:
