Kiwi Property Chief Executive, Clive Mackenzie, said: “Michael has made a significant contribution to the business over the past five years and has been instrumental in advancing our portfolio rebalancing strategy. He will remain with the company for the next few months to support the finalisation of the down-weighting of our non-core retail assets. We wish him all the best for the future.”
