Cannasouth Limited (NZX: CBD, Cannasouth) announces that Mr. Conor English, Independent Director of Cannasouth, will step down from his position with the company effective at the forthcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting on 28 June 2021.
Mr. English said “It has been exciting to be part of a start-up and an IPO that in my view will do good for New Zealand and New Zealanders. I am a big supporter of medicinal cannabis and the role it can play in people’s health. I wish Mark Lucas and the team all the very best.”
Mr. Tony Ho, chairman thanks Mr. English for his two-and-a-half-year commitment to the company as Cannasouth became the first medicinal cannabis company to list on the NZX in June 2019. “On behalf of the board, we thank Mr. English for his contributions to the current success of the company and for his ongoing interest in Cannasouth.
