Results of Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
During Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited’s 24th Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held as a virtual meeting today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were as follows:
1. Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel was re-elected as a director of the company.
2. The Board of Directors was authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.

Resolution 1.
That Maria Elena (Malena) Pato-Castel, who is eligible for election, be re-elected as a director of the company.
For: 107,571,126 (99.99%)
Against: 10,345 (0.01%)
Abstain: 2,565
Resolution 2.
That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
For: 107,550,844 (99.98%)
Against: 26,627 (0.02%)
Abstain: 6,565
