The NAV per share is calculated after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under the Kingfish buyback programme) - currently nil. A performance fee payable to the Manager, relating to the previous financial year, is currently being accrued in the NAV.

Kingfish (KFL) Amended NAVs – 31 March to 19 May 2021

A change to the year end expenses accrued in the KFL 31 March 2021 financial statements has meant that the Kingfish NAVs advised to the market during April and May 2021 need to be amended.

The table attached separately to this announcement shows the revised (increased) NAVs.
