The 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company Limited will be held on Tuesday 29 June at 2.00pm, in the Level 4 Lounge, South Stand, Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Kingsland, Auckland.
The 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be a hybrid meeting where shareholders can either participate by attending in person or participate virtually via an online platform web.lumiagm.com. By using Lumi AGM, shareholders will be able to watch the meeting, vote and ask questions remotely from a smartphone, tablet or desktop device.
The attached documents are being sent to shareholders today:
- Notice of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting;
- Voting/Proxy Form; and
- Online Meeting Guide (Meeting ID: 378-434-491)
As previously announced to the market, Refining NZ is preparing for a shareholder vote on an import terminal conversion proposal, and a special meeting of Refining NZ shareholders will be held at a later date to consider and vote on this matter.
