NZ Rural Land Company Ltd Transactions Unconditional
Allied Farmers Limited (“Allied Farmers” NZX: ALF) acknowledges New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited’s (NZX: NZL) announcement to the market this afternoon that the transactions approved by its shareholders on 24 May 2021 are now unconditional, and are expected to proceed to settlement tomorrow.
