ME TODAY – NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Me Today Limited (NZX:MEE) wishes to advise that the special meeting of Shareholders to approve the purchase of King Honey Limited (King Honey) will be held at Events on Khyber, Level 2, 155 Khyber Pass Road, Grafton, Auckland 1023 on Friday 25 June 2021 commencing at 12 noon.

As previously announced to the market, Me Today has conditionally agreed to acquire 100% of King Honey from interests associated with Terry Jarvis for total consideration of $36 million and that it intended to raise $15.75 million (at an issue price of 8.8 cents per share) to partially fund the acquisition and provide additional working and growth capital for Me Today.$10 million of wholesale investment commitments have already been received.

Accompanying the notice of meeting is the Independent Expert report commissioned by the board in relation to the King Honey acquisition prepared by Simmons Corporate Finance.

As Me Today advised last week, $10 million of firm commitments have already been received from a range of financial market participants and other wholesale investors. The balance of $5.75 million is to be raised through a retail offer to existing Me Today shareholders, clients of market participants and other members of the public.
Me Today expects that documentation for the retail offer will be made available later this week.
