ArborGen Holdings Issues New Shares

In accordance with the provisions of the ArborGen 2021 LTI Plan (Plan), ArborGen Holdings today issued 127,315 new shares. Under the terms of Plan new shares are issued in three equal tranches, on the achievement of certain financial performance hurdles and continued employment by the Group.
