Subject: Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited ordinary shares (“PCT”) and quoted convertible notes (“PCTHA”) - Trading Halt of Securities
Message:
NZ RegCo (“RegCo”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited ordinary shares (“PCT”) and quoted convertible notes (“PCTHA”). The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today.
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited has requested that a trading halt be applied to its quoted ordinary shares (“PCT”) and quoted convertible notes (“PCTHA”) while Jarden Securities Limited arranges a price and volume bookbuild for a fully underwritten placement of additional ordinary shares.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the release of a market announcement confirming completion of the placement bookbuild and allocations, or market open on Monday 21 June 2021.
