Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations

MHM Automation (NZX: MHM) advises that its Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29 October 2021 in Christchurch. The closing date for director nominations is 5pm on 28 September 2021.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder of MHM entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Nominations must also be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
