Appointment of acting Chief Executive Officer

Further to the announcement made 19 October 2021, the Board of Marsden Maritime Holdings advises that effective from 6 December 2021, Financial Controller Gavin Carroll will be appointed as the acting Chief Executive Officer to cover the position from when incumbent Felix Richter leaves on 21 January 2022 until the Board recruits a permanent appointment.
