NOTICE OF RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

Oceania Healthcare Limited will announce its result for the year ended 31 March 2022 on the morning of Friday 20 May 2022.

The result presentation will be available following its lodgement with NZX and ASX directly through both exchanges and also on the website at www.oceaniahealthcare.co.nz/investor-centre
