Chair Address and Results of Allied Farmers Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting

At Allied Farmers Limited’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

All of the resolutions were passed by shareholders [see attached PDF for details].
