Infratil Limited (Infratil) (NZX/ASX: IFT) is pleased to announce the release of its inaugural Climate Related Disclosures (CRD).
Where possible, Infratil has sought to align these voluntary CRD with the upcoming mandatory Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards (NZCS).
The FY2023 CRD report is structured in line with the four pillars of the NZCS, Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics & Targets. We are continuing to develop and evolve our approach to assessing the impacts of climate change on Infratil’s portfolio and will seek to build on the information provided in the CRDs over time.
This report covers the twelve months to 31 March 2023 and should be read in conjunction with Infratil’s 2023 Sustainability Report and Annual Report.
The CRD document is available here - https://infratil.com/for-investors/reports-results-meetings-investor-days/#sustainability-reports-page.
