At Gentrack Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. That Andy Green be re-elected as a director of Gentrack Group Limited.

For: 67,577,925 - 99.10%
Against: 613,024 - 0.90%
Abstain: 32,946

2. That Gary Miles be re-elected as a director of Gentrack Group Limited.

For: 68,176,507- 99.98%
Against: 14,251- 0.02%
Abstain: 33,137

3. That Stewart Sherriff be re-elected as a director of Gentrack Group Limited.

For: 67,563,416 - 99.15%
Against: 580,509 - 0.85%
Abstain: 79,970


4. That the directors are authorised to fix the remuneration of Ernst & Young as auditor of Gentrack Group Limited for the ensuing year.

For: 68,162,804 - 99.95%
Against: 30,950 - 0.05%
Abstain: 30,141
