Capital Change Notice - Employee Share Scheme (F24 Q4)

Please find attached a Capital Change Notice.

A total of 340,008 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued to employees and a director of PaySauce

These consisted of:
- 296,033 shares issued to employees as part of the F24 Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F24 Q4.
- 43,975 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 31 March 2024.

Shares were issued at an average market price of $0.2274 per share
