Spark Finance Limited establishes new committed bank facility
Spark Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spark New Zealand Limited that carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark New Zealand group, announced today that effective 30 May 2024 it has established a NZ$100 million committed revolving facility with Bank of New Zealand (“the Facility”).
This Facility will mature on 30 May 2025 and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
