Results of Trade Window Holdings Limited's Special Shareholders' Meeting
Auckland, NZ – 12 June 2024
At Trade Window Holdings Limited’s (NZX: TWL) special meeting of shareholders held online on 12 June 2024, shareholders were asked to vote on one ordinary resolution.
All voting was conducted by a poll, as required by NZX Listing Rule 4.2.1. The resolution passed by shareholders and as set out in full in the Notice of Meeting is:
1. Approval of issue of shares to AJ Smith under the Subscription Agreement.

% of Issued Capital: 49.91%
