Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] announces the successful completion of the 2024 harvest in Australia. A total of 4.5 million kilograms of fruit, including kiwifruit, Nashi pears, European pears, jujubes and plums, have been packed.

Kiwifruit volumes have improved 161% on last year, up to 2.2m kgs, which is the result of favourable growing conditions and innovative growing techniques. Like New Zealand, Australia has recovered from two very challenging years due to significant flooding, hail, and wet weather conditions.

The sales programme has been tracking well and the retail markets in Australia and internationally have welcomed the increase in fruit volumes.

The Company expects to update the market with financial guidance later in the year.

The Company thanks its Australian suppliers, contractors and staff for their efforts in concluding the 2024 harvest.

Release ends.
