Results of Oceania Healthcare Limited Annual Meeting

At Oceania Healthcare Limited’s Annual Meeting, held at Park Hyatt Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 5 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• Alan Isaac was re-elected as a director of the Company.
• Dame Kerry Prendergast was re-elected as a director of the Company.
• Sally Evans was re-elected as a director of the Company.
• Gregory Tomlinson was re-elected as a director of the Company.
• The directors were authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.

Resolution that Alan Isaac be re-elected as a director of the Company.

Resolution that the directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
