The NAV per share is calculated after deducting treasury stock of 1,303,205 shares (acquired under the Kingfish buyback programme).

* The undiluted NAV excludes any impact on the NAV of the future exercise of warrants (KFLWH). At 24 July 2024, 83,105,144 warrants are on issue and may be exercised on 26 July 2024. The final exercise price of each warrant is $1.26.
