- Previously at MBIE, where she was deputy chief executive, strategic policy and programmes. Her role at MBIE included leading its economic strategy and regulatory stewardship and working alongside partner agencies to support Māori and Pasifika economic development.
- Before that held roles at the Treasury and the Reserve Bank of NZ. Jo and her team work to ensure that privacy issues and practice are viewed through a Te Ao Māori lens.
