A2 Milk is like a dog with fleas, but can it turn things around?  Earlier this week the company announced yet another downgrade. The milk marketing firm now expects annual sales of $1.2 billion-to-$1.25b in the June year and has halved projected profit margins to between 11% and 12% as it writes off excess inventory.The company is also carrying out a strategic review and beefing up its marketing spend to try and make up for the absence of the daigou market. It may not be enough.
