AFT Pharmaceuticals founder and managing director Hartley Atkinson said he doesn't know who is likely to succeed him, but he isn't ready to retire and the company has "a very strong second level" of management. That includes marketing manager Murray Keith, who joined AFT in 2011, and chief financial officer Malcolm Tubby, who has been with the company since it was formed in 1997, starting as a contractor before moving on staff as the company grew.
