It’s premium business class all the way for potential tenants looking to upgrade to as much as 5,000 sqm of prime office space on Auckland’s waterfront. Air New Zealand are looking to sublet as much as a third of their swanky, 15,240 sqm ‘hub’, in the Wynyard Quarter, as it looks to trim operating overheads in the wake of covid cut-backs at the airline.
