By Paul McBeth July 23 (BusinessDesk) - The Court of Appeal has asked to see an affidavit at the heart of the tax department's raids on the homes of Auckland businessmen Andrew Tauber and Paul Webb last year. The bench made up of Justices Lynton Stevens, Simon France and Forrest Miller will decide on whether an Inland Revenue Department affidavit used to justify the search and seizure orders was in order and whether all of the redactions are appropriate.
