ASB to offer up to $100 million of five-year fixed rate notes

By Rebecca Howard Feb. 20 (BusinessDesk) - ASB Bank is offering up to $100 million of listed fixed rate notes with a maturity date of Feb. 24, 2022 and it can accept unlimited oversubscriptions at its discretion. The notes have an indicative margin of 1.15-to-1.25 percent per annum and will be offered to institutional and retail investors in New Zealand and certain offshore institutional investors, ASB said in a release to the New Zealand stock exchange.
