Property investor and fund manager Augusta Capital has agreed in principle to sell the business to Sydney-based Centuria Captial Group in a cash-or-scrip deal valuing the firm's equity at $180 million.Centuria has agreed to offer $2 per share, putting an enterprise value on Auckland-based Augusta of $204 million.
