Large format retail property group Investore Property has vindicated its top seeding as a listed property stock, generating after tax income of $91 million for the six months to September on the strength of a 9.4 percent portfolio valuation gain to a shade off $1 billion, at $980.3 million.The firm has been the pick of listed property vehicles, particularly through the volatility of the covid-disrupted past half-year, with investment manager Forsyth Barr rating it as an outperform on its property mix and support for August’s $125 million...
