Big Chill director acquires stake in Mercer

Humphry Rolleston’s holding company has sold a 20 percent stake in Mercer Group to Big Chill Distribution director Colin Neal.Mercer told the NZX yesterday that 13 million shares had been sold by Asset Management Limited to Neal, giving him a 19.81 percent stake in the company. The price wasn't disclosed but the shares last traded at 24.5 cents. AML is the holding company for the Rolleston family.
