By Sarah Green Carmichael Young women are just as ambitious and qualified as young men, but they're not getting promoted to managerial roles at the same rate, according to a new report by McKinsey and by LeanIn.org, a global movement to help females to achieve their ambitions. The discrepancy persists at every level of management.
