Auckland will remain at the highest level of caution under the newly created 'traffic light' system for covid-19 protection until Thursday, Dec 30.Prime minister Jacinda Ardern announced the extension of the 'red light' status for the country's largest city, saying it was justified by the need for further vaccination and for two 14 day incubation periods for the virus since the new system was put in place 10 days ago.All other 'red' areas, with the exception of Northland, will move to amber along with Auckland on Dec...
