The third round of resurgence support payments opens today, as the payments made to businesses under the delta outbreak head over $3.9 billion.The resurgence payment supports smaller businesses during alert level lockdowns and includes a baseline payment of $1,500 plus $400 per employee, capped at 50 staff, or $21,500 per business.To qualify for the latest round, businesses need to show they've suffered at least a 30% decline in revenue from Oct 1.Finance minister Grant Robertson said the payment was intended to help out with fixed costs, s...
