DB Breweries head Andy Routley to step down, to be replaced by Peter Simons

By Tina Morrison June 7 (BusinessDesk) - DB Breweries managing director Andy Routley is stepping down from the role to take up a new position with parent company Heineken as managing director B2B Europe. He will be replaced on Aug. 21 by Peter Simons, who is currently managing director of the company's operations in Vietnam.
