Auckland Council has appointed a new seven-strong board of directors to oversee the merger of its Regional Facilities Auckland and Auckland Tourism Events and Economic Development council-controlled organisations and to govern the newly constituted RFA entity post merger.ATEED chair Mark Franklin, the former chief executive of Vector, will chair the transitional board, with former chief executive of the World Masters Games Jennah Wootten the deputy.The amalgamation of RFA and ATEED was a key recommendation of the recent CCO revie...
