ANZ’s September Business Outlook survey indicates the number of New Zealand businesses which believe better days are coming is higher than at any time during the last decade.Monday's survey said that business confidence rose 10 points to 61 in September, while expected own activity – how respondents expect they will do going forward – lifted 8 points to 45.Respondents were asked whether they expect conditions to improve or deteriorate on a number of separate indicators.
