The director of a recently collapsed car yard group ceased his directorship at multiple other dealerships in recent months, including one site where cars were moved to ahead of the insolvencies. Three companies affiliated with the Vehicle Direct group entered liquidation and receivership in early September, with initial reports indicating $5.7 million in outstanding debt.
