The fast-track approvals regime kicked off today and the owners of the 149 listed projects can now lodge substantive applications for an upfront cost of $448,500.The cost includes a levy of $140,000 plus GST and the application fee of $250,000 plus GST.Last month, a source with an interest in one of the scheduled projects told BusinessDesk the indicative cost was likely to be more than $300,000. The levy helps to cover fast-track consenting overhead costs, including setup and operational expenses, as well as other costs not covered by...
