A Hart family-owned food firm has taken control of a company it tipped into receivership two months ago.Based in the Wairarapa region, Hansells Masterton is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing business set up in 1934. It also owns the Horleys sports nutrition brand and licenses the Hansells brand.Walter & Wild is a separate FMCG company that acquired the Hansells Food Group during its formation in 2018 and formerly contracted manufacturing from Hansells Masterton.
